Email Deliverability
Getting into the inbox rather than the spam folder: authentication, domain warmup, sender reputation, bounces, blacklists and list hygiene.
Deliverability is the layer that makes every other layer measurable. If a third of your sends never arrive, your open rate is measuring your deliverability and not your subject lines, and every test you run on top of it returns noise.
Start with authentication if you have never set it up, because SPF, DKIM and DMARC are prerequisites rather than optimisations at the major mailbox providers. Everything after that — warmup, reputation, hygiene — is maintenance of a thing that decays if left alone.
