What's Covered
This refund policy covers:
- OptinPlot plugin (all license types: Standard, Pro, and Agency)
- Any upsells or additional products purchased within the same order
What's Not Covered
Please note that refunds do not cover:
- Third-party API costs: Usage fees for OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or SMTP providers are billed directly by those services and are non-refundable by us.
- Custom development work: Any custom modifications or development work requested separately from the standard product.
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago: We can only process refunds within the 30-day window.
WarriorPlus Purchases
If you purchased OptinPlot through WarriorPlus, refunds are processed through their platform. You can:
- Request a refund directly through your WarriorPlus account
- Contact us and we'll help facilitate the refund through WarriorPlus
The same 30-day guarantee applies regardless of where you purchased.
After Your Refund
Upon processing your refund:
- Your license will be deactivated
- You will lose access to plugin updates and support
- Any opt-in pages created will remain on your site but you won't receive future updates
